So back at school when I worked at the photo-lab, I always loved getting to know the new crop of noobs that would come through every semester. This would be where Andrew entered, complete with fedora hat and Bon Iver; he was a mutual friend of my art-dept. friends. Somehow, not even exactly sure how, we ended up as texting buddies...random travel-pictures, late-night homework groanings, hilarious one-liners we'd see, whatever, we'd send 'em on, laugh, and carry on with life.

After the fields, we were off to downtown Chatt. Ten points if you can guess where this is ;-) A band was warming up and the staff graciously let us rearrange furniture to our heart's content:

Now what vintage shoot isn't made all the CUTER with a bike?? It's a (Lemme get this right...he texted what it was)-- a vintage Sears beach cruiser bike. Like a boss, right?

=) We closed off with a bit of noir, and we were off.

Love you guys!! Cheers to much coffee and laughing ahead =P
One day, I remember him developing some sweet looking pictures from a coffee shop and he told me all about the Camp House. This kid had an affinity for coffee, so why was I not surprised when I found out where he'd proposed to his awesome girlfriend? Lol, you guessed it, the Camp House. I met Tara randomly in and out throughout the year, and she was always so cool. Got to know her more during the engagement shoot: EVEN COOLER. This chic is too cute, and so easy-going (and just as much into coffee as he was ;-).
These guys are such an awesome couple; we had a blast! They wanted "a touch of vintage" in their shoot, so I enjoyed working with the [sweet] props they brought and trying a few different looks in post. I'd tried my hand at vintage really for the first time during Danny and Ashley's shoot. What they were looking for was something just a tiiitch more subtle; let's see if we hit any marks =)
